We recognise that our people and our core
values make the difference. The directors
of GRMG have vast commercial experience
and have worked in the following countries;
Australia; Papua New Guinea; Singapore;
Hong Kong; Thailand; Belgium;
United States of America; Japan;
United Kingdom and China.
Whilst our core skills have been developed
from extensive experience within the
petroleum and resource sectors, our diversity
of experience includes the banking and finance
sectors, accounting profession and
management consulting. This diversity
of experience, combined with specialist
training, ensures that the directors
of GRMG can draw on a vast skill set to
ensure that our clients' needs are met
at all times.
Elliot Costello B.Bus, ASA, MBA
Director
Elliot has a strong financial and management background
developed through years of experience in banking and
consulting. This comprises 15 years experience in
Joint Venture, alliances, internal audits and
consulting for public and private sector organisations
in various countries.
Elliot holds a bachelor of Business Degree majoring
in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business
Administration. Elliot is a member of the Australian
Society of CPA's, Institute of Internal Auditors,
Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia, and the Australian
Institute of Risk Management, and is a Board Member of Emtech.

Andrew Moore B.Sc MBA
Director
Andrew provides a comprehensive range of services
to assist clients develop strategy, and determine
their business and financial needs. Andrew has over
10 years of commercial experience gained from a
variety of roles in the resource, manufacturing and
management consulting sectors.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a
Master of Business Administration. Andrew is a member of the
Petroleum Exploration Society and the Australian
Institute of Risk Management.

Karen Lawson
Manager
Karen has an extensive background in the petroleum industry
and has a thorough understanding of the requirements
for operations within Australia and the South East
Asian region. Her previous roles as a Personnel
Co-Ordinator for offshore programs included
responsibility for the travel arrangements and
logistical coordination for over 300 personnel
(domestic & international). This included $250,000
per month in domestic and international bookings
and accommodation.
In addition Karen was responsible for crew selection,
interviewing staff, arranging medicals, employing,
disciplining, and terminating of crew (where necessary).
